I take a therapeutic approach to massage therapy, focusing on the treatment of the client’s individual needs each session. My goal is to help clients achieve a more balanced life by reducing the daily stress, aches and pains.
All session times are “hands-on”, I do not take time out of your session for consult, disrobing or redressing (if you’re late for your start time it will impact my hands-on time). Prices are all inclusive. The use of percussion therapy, Gua Sha, Corestones, cupping therapy or hot towels (used on the feet and back) are all performed at no additional charge.

Swedish massage, one of the most common types of massage, is used to stimulate circulation, release tight muscles, flush the circulatory system and restore range of motion. Added benefits are lymphatic fluid movement, pain relief and relaxation. First time massage clients are recommended to have a Swedish massage with a pressure level set to their tolerance.
Deep tissue is another form of Swedish massage that targets the deeper layers of muscle and fascia (connective tissue) to provide more relief from chronic muscle pain and release deep adhesions (knots) in the tissue. Increased pressure is used to target inner layers of muscle and connective tissue, this can promote faster healing through increased blood flow and reduced inflammation.
Chair massage is perfect for those who need a quick, relaxing break from their day. It’s also a great introduction for those new to massage but not sure they’re ready for a table massage. Work is performed on the neck, shoulders, back, and arms while you sit comfortably in a specially designed massage chair.
Reflexology massage is designed to stimulate the reflex points on the feet and hands that correspond to specific organs and systems in the body. This massage can help improve circulation, reduce stress, and promote relaxation. Reflexology is incorporated into any massage duration and is adjusted to each client to suit the time desired.
Athletic performance (Sports) massage is geared towards clients who have physically demanding jobs, lifestyles or hobbies. Similar in technique to Deep Tissue, a session will also incorporate Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) stretching to target specific muscle groups and joints. I typically also utilize Gua Sha or Percussion therapy during the session for increased blood flow and myofascial release.
Gua Sha is an ancient Chinese form of IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization) which is used to relieve muscle and joint pain. It aids in improved flexibility and range of movement. This is a targeted therapy for specific areas of chronic pain or dysfunction, not a full body treatment. I utilize both surgical stainless steel and heated Corestone Gua Sha tools.
Percussion therapy is used along with Swedish, Athletic Performance/Sports or Deep Tissue sessions. Through targeted rapid pulses provided by the percussion tool, muscles are stimulated at a much faster rate than massage alone to encourage better release of muscle adhesions, and increased circulation for a faster recovery. This service is ideal for clients with multiple, dense adhesions that want results faster.
CoreStones are another form of IASTM I use to get deep into the muscles, facilitating a deep release for the client without creating tissue trauma. Heated Corestones are utilized in targeted areas much like percussion or Gua Sha in order to assist in relieving adhesions and trigger points.
Myofascial release utilizes traction, compression and twisting to work through fascial adhesions found in multiple muscle layers.
Hot Stone sessions are only perfomed in 120 minute sessions for optimal relaxation and recovery Basalt (volcanic) stones are heated to 135 degrees and placed in strategic areas of the body. They are also used during the massage. Benefits of a hot stone session include relief from muscle pain and tension, stress reduction, and overall relaxation.
Performed in all 3 trimesters of pregnancy. Prenatal massage adapts throughout the duration of a pregnancy to relieve the stress and pain associated with the changes of the body as the baby grows. Massage helps the expecting mother cope with changes over the course of the pregnancy
All services are by appointment only. Services are actual hands-on time. New clients must book either a 90 or 120 minute session for the first visit.

Hot Stone sessions are 120 minutes.
Prenatal massage is offered in 60, 75 or 90 minute sessions.

I offer a wide range of massage modalities including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, Myofascial, hot stone, and more. Each session is customized to deliver results based on the individual client needs. Pressure levels, focus areas and time spent on each area are dependent on the client's desires. Corestones, percussion therapy and Gua Sha are utilized as needed to facilitate enhanced therapeutic results. While Corestones are hot stones, they are not used throughout the massage. If you desire the use of hot strnes throughout the massage please schedule the hot stone massage option.
